- Pirated or unlicensed software. We install only genuinely licensed operating systems and programs.
- Upgrading parts that are soldered to a laptop's motherboard, such as most laptop processors, graphics chips and some RAM.
- Repairs to a faulty PC before an upgrade. We diagnose those first, see all repair services.

How much does it cost to build a custom PC in Kolkata?
It depends almost entirely on the parts, and part prices change often. Tell us your budget and use, and we give you an itemised quote listing every part and our build charge before anything is ordered.
Will an SSD make my old laptop faster?
If your laptop still uses a hard drive, yes, usually by a big margin: it starts up and opens programs much faster. We can copy your existing Windows, programs and files to the new SSD so everything stays as it was.
How much RAM do I need?
For browsing, documents and video calls, 8 GB is the practical minimum today. For heavy multitasking and most modern games, 16 GB is comfortable, and 32 GB helps with serious video editing or 3D work.
Can I upgrade the graphics card in my laptop?
Almost never. Laptop graphics chips are soldered to the motherboard. If gaming performance is the problem, a desktop or a newer gaming laptop is the realistic route; we can help you compare.
Can my PC run Windows 11?
Windows 11 needs a supported processor, TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, at least 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Microsoft's PC Health Check app tells you what is missing, and we can advise whether a change in settings or new hardware is needed.
Will I lose my files when I upgrade?
Not if it is done properly. RAM and graphics upgrades don't touch your files, and for drive upgrades we clone or copy your data across. We still recommend a backup first, and can set one up for you.
How long does a custom PC build take?
Assembly and testing are the quick part; waiting for parts is what takes time. Your quote states the expected turnaround: same day to 3 working days.
