Yes. Alvyntra is in neighbouring North Dum Dum, at 9A, 2nd School Lane, Kolkata 700065. We repair laptops and desktops and also sell new and refurbished computers.
Should I WhatsApp you before I travel from Dum Dum?
It helps. Send the model number and a photo or video of the fault to +91 98765 43210. We can often tell you the likely cause and whether a part needs ordering, so you know what to expect before you set out.
Can you fix a laptop that won’t turn on at all?
Often, yes. A dead laptop can be anything from a faulty charger or power jack to a failed battery or a motherboard fault. We test the simple causes first, then tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before going further.
What if the repair costs more than the laptop is worth?
We will tell you plainly. You can collect the laptop without the repair, ask us to move your files to a new machine, or look at refurbished options. Any diagnostic charge (₹300, adjusted in the repair bill) is explained before we start.

Yes. We offer B2B IT support and AMC plans for shops, offices, clinics and schools. The plan covers routine maintenance and faster help when something breaks; we agree the scope with you in writing.
